Moet er nog zand zijn
On the first part of the journey, I was looking at all the life
There were plants and birds and rocks and things,
There were sand and hills and rings
The first thing I met was a fly with a buzz and the sky, with no clouds
The heat was hot and the ground was dry but the air was full of sound
You see I've been through the desert on a horse with no name,
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert, you can remember your name
'Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain
La la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la

After two days in the desert sun, my skin began to turn red
After three days in the desert fun I was looking at a river bed
And the story it told of a river that flowed made me sad to think it was dead
You see I've been through the desert on a horse with no name,
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert, you can remember your name
'Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain
La la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la

On the ninth day, I let the horse run free 'cause the desert had turned to sea
There were plants and birds and rocks and things, there were sand and hills and rings
The ocean is a desert with its life underground and the perfect disguise above
Under the cities lies a heart made of ground but the humans will give no love
You see I've been through the desert on a horse with no name,
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert, you can remember your name
'Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain
La la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la

On my way to Jodhpur

In Pali the Bike broke down,... no more power,... a short circuit

A lot of curious people around the bike getting fixed,.... it is difficult to find the bike ;-)
Around 5.30 pm the bike was fixed and i continued my journey,... but by now there was a strong wind and with all the sand in the air it seemed like driving through a brown fog,...

Cruisin to Mumbai
So today I continued my journey to Mumbai,... I was still driving over the small roads along the coast,... sometimes real bad roads,...but sooooooo beautiful

And this time I was lucky,.... there were boats who wanted to take me across,... first a little sailing boat (not easy to get the bike on the boat ;-)

The second time it was a bigger ferry boat but still not easy to get the bike on it.
It is very heavy bike,...

When we arrived in Mumbai the bike wouldn't start so some locals pushed me and the bike all around to get it started ;-) and than it became clear that it is not normal to take a bike on to the ferry, because I had to drive true the waiting lobby to get out of the harbor!!!!!!
Beach resort
I ended up in a verry small place (not mentioned in Lonely Planet) And I had no idea of how far i was from Mumbai,...Totally lost nad no maps,...
So I asked the locals if i could sleep at their place. They showed me this place.
I was the only guest, but it was lovely,.. if I had more time I would have spend some more nights there,...
The only way to get there was over the beach,... not easy with a heavy bike,..

The bedroom ;-)

The Bathroom ;-)

Because I was the only guest they gave me the VIP room,... wich means a roof to sleep under,... btw it was not cheap, not at all,.... But I really loved it, and the owner was a verry friendly man who went to get me some dinner on his bike because I was so tired,...
